OUR MISSION is to revolutionize workplace dynamics and how companies and managers support and take care of their remote workforce and employees on leave. With an innovative idea and tech solution we support managers with smart and remote inclusion. The initiative is a concrete action to implement for social & economic sustainability in alignment with Agenda 2030 and for the new CSRD reporting requirements.
THE COMPANY was founded 2024 in Sweden, with an innovative SaaS solution and manager tools that works everywhere. The core idea and model has during the years been explored, adapted and appreciated on an global arena – focusing on universal facts and solutions possible to implement in all countries.
THE IDEA is based on a pioneering idea developed by Tiina Bruno since 2010 during a journey starting with the interest for the Swedish experience of inclusion, gender equality and work life balance.
Tiina is an economist, organizational consult and author, and has since then built experience and knowledge as an internationally recognized expert and thought leader in the areas of inclusive leadership, transferable skills, sustainable work life, gender equality, Familysmart workplaces, and Employer Branding – always linked to ROI.
The core idea has been co-created further with Karin Hasselström, senior leader with 20+ years of experience of business development, product development and launch, as well as international commercial leadership from her roles in complex, global companies within the telecom and medtech industries.
