THE COMPANY is founded in Sweden, with an international network of partners on local markets.
THE IDEA is based on a pioneering initiative of Tiina Bruno, developed since 2010 during a journey starting with the interest for the Swedish experience of inclusion, gender equality and work life balance. The idea and model has during the years been explored, adapted and appreciated on an global arena – focusing on universal facts and solutions possible to implement everywhere.
THE TEAM consists of a core team based in Sweden and associated team members to support global customers in different countries.
